I declare that I am healthy and physically and emotionally fit to participate in the Hike for Hope, and that I have trained for it as necessary. I know that my participation in the Hike entails physical effort and I understand that my participation in the Hike, if I am not in proper physical condition, is liable to endanger my health. I further declare that I am participating in the Hike out of personal choice and my own free will. I also declare that I do not have, nor will I have, any demands and/or claims of any kind whatsoever against the Hike organizers in respect to damage caused to me and my property as a result of my participation. I know that the Hike organizers and/or employees shall bear no responsibility for any damage whatsoever caused to me, including physical and emotional injury, before, during or after the Hike. I waive any right to file a claim for damages against the Hike organizers and anyone directly or indirectly involved in the Hike.
